CALVARY CHURCH AT HOME
CAN CHURCH HAPPEN WHEN CHURCH IS CLOSED?
It already is.
There's more Calvary Church at Home every weekday starting at 9 am. Tune in throughout the day for timely teachings from Pastor Skip, Battledrums worship and music videos, and daily Calvary Kids and youth hours. Plus, don't miss Live Talk at Two every weekday at 2 pm, when Calvary Church personalities host live video talks on topics from family to favorite books and church culture to pop culture.
Experience worship even when church is closed.
With Calvary Church at Home, all regularly scheduled services are still happening. Our midweek and weekend services are broadcast online so we can continue to pray, worship, and receive biblical teaching even when we can't gather together as a congregation. Don't miss worship with Battledrums plus a fresh teaching from Pastor Skip on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, Saturdays at 6:30 pm, and Sundays at 8, 9:45, and 11:30 am.

Experience fellowship even when church is closed.Watch parties allow the church to continue to pray, worship, and receive biblical teaching even when church is closed. After all, church isn't a building. Church is people. And we want to encourage you to start or join a watch party today with five or fewer friends, neighbors, or family members and experience Calvary Church at Home during one of our four regularly scheduled service times. Watch Calvary Church at Home online, on YouTube, Roku, or Apple TV. Wednesdays at 6:30 pm | Saturdays at 6:30 pm | Sundays at 8, 9:45, and 11 am
Join a Watch Party
It's super easy. If you are healthy, you can gather with a group of five or fewer people at someone else's home to watch a Calvary Church service together. We'll provide worship with Battledrums, a fresh teaching from Pastor Skip Heitzig, and even discussion questions for your group. Get connected to a watch party at a location and service time that works for you. (And don't forget to wash your hands before you go.)
Host a Watch Party
It couldn't be easier. If you and the people in your home are willing and healthy, you can invite friends, neighbors, or family members (a group of five or less) to watch Calvary Church service together. You provide a TV or computer. (And hand sanitizer.) We'll provide worship with Battledrums, a fresh teaching from Pastor Skip Heitzig, and even discussion questions for your group.
Experience Calvary Kids even when church is closed.
During all regularly scheduled midweek and weekend services, tune in for our Calvary Kids online program, featuring high-energy worship and an exciting Bible lesson from the Calvary Kids team. We can't wait to worship with you and your family in this new format.
Pick up Calvary Kids weekly activity sheets curbside at our Osuna campus every weekday between 8 am and 4:45 pm, or download them from calvarykids.online/resources. These activities correspond with the weekly Calvary Kids Bible lesson on calvarykids.online.church. Share your finished work with us on Instagram @calvarykidsabq or on Facebook at Calvary Kids ABQ.
Spread kindness in this time of chaos.
The coronavirus pandemic is affecting everyone—across New Mexico, our nation, and worldwide. In the middle of the panic and fear, the calls for social distancing, and even rising anger and bitterness, we know that people need to be able to find kindness in the midst of chaos. We are called to help calm. We are called to spread kindness. It's no different than what God has called the church to in the past, we just feel blessed to be able to respond to this call, at this time, in this community. The Calvary Church Kindness Campaign includes demonstrating God's love in three ways.
- We're picking up the phone.
The Calvary Church staff is making a personal phone call to everyone in our fellowship. We have a database of thousands of phone numbers, and we're calling every one of them to see how we can pray for people and meet any needs they have.
- We're collecting practical items to meet real needs.
Anyone in our community can drop off paper goods like toilet paper and paper towels; hygiene items like soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning products, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and feminine products; baby items like formula, diapers, and wipes; over-the-counter medicines like acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and cough and cold remedies; and nonperishable food at our Osuna, Westside, and Santa Fe campuses. You don't even need to come inside. We have curbside collection bins and staff receiving donations Monday through Friday during business hours.
- We're delivering items to people who need them most.
Our front desk is taking phone calls at 505.344.0880 from people who are at risk and need assistance. As we learn about people's needs, we're matching them up with the items we're collecting, and Calvary Church staff and volunteers are making those deliveries.
Above all, we're trusting God. This is an extraordinary time to be a believer and to truly be the church. The power of a pandemic is nothing compared to the power of God. Pray that God will use us—His church—in a mighty way that brings glory to His great name as we spread kindness in the midst of chaos.
