The Maintenance Worker provides general maintenance and performs a variety of tasks for the buildings and campuses of Calvary Albuquerque.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and landscaping
- Perform seasonal maintenance
- Provide plumbing services as needed

Radio Board Operator

The Graphic Designer creates and provides artwork for a variety of print and web media including but not limited to: brochures, ads, banners, postcards, flyers, lanyards and posters for Calvary Albuquerque ministries. Duties include developing concepts, designing, and producing artwork that meet the needs of Ministries in different formats.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Consult with ministry leader and supervisor to evaluate individual project needs and deadlines.
- Develop concepts for different ministries to meet their needs and create awareness for their event, ministry, or opportunity.
- Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy.
- Provide samples to supervisor or client for selection and approval.
- Coordinate with staff to proof art in time for printing and deadlines.
- Communicate with different print shops to order and produce artwork needed.
- Maintain and provide web artwork for 25 different websites, formatted correctly at 72 dpi in a variety of sizes for each URL.
- Maintain content for bulletins for each campus every week.
- Maintain and provide pre-service slide images for every service to match the content of the bulletin, as well as announcements for different news articles, events, and general information.
- Maintain image resource files.
- Follow brand standards specific to the church ensuring brand consistency among all ministries.
- Complete special projects and other duties as directed by supervisor.

Worship Director

PURPOSE:
To foster passion in the worship community and to assist and lead, in various congregational settings, the corporate expression of worship, praise, and adoration of God through the means of music. This position accomplishes worship album project objectives as directed by the CPO by planning and evaluating various musical activities including project management, song development, song recording, song copyrights, and album distribution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Serve as primary worship leader for weekend services, mid-week Bible Study, special services and events associated with Calvary Church (and satellite campuses), as required.
- Participate in song writing team, as direction of the Chief Pastoral Officer.
- Assist in the development and implementation of long term and short-term plans for introduction of new music into the repertoire of Calvary Church.
- Develop and disciple musicians in the body of Calvary Church.
- Conduct auditions for Battledrums Worship Ministry.
- Produce special recorded projects as a resource tool for the body of Calvary Church, as required.
- Assist in planning and participate in Team Nights.
- Supervise Battledrums Worship, Calvary Church’s worship ministry
- Facilitate a dynamic worship community that is Biblical, relevant, and pursues excellence through music ministry

Worship Album Project Manager:

- Achieve operational objectives by contributing oversight, information, guidance, and vision of worship recordings and goals for the Calvary Church music production label
- Prepare and maintain completion of action steps and timeline of all recorded musical projects by maintaining a recording schedule and calendar
- Partner with Studio Engineer and Battledrums Worship Administrative Assistant to accomplish album project management including the scheduling of musicians, instrument needs, song choice, etc.
- Maintain and monitor Calvary Church’s worship recording project tasks
- Facilitate clear communications between Ministry Team, Studio 150, and Battledrums Worship
- In cooperation and collaboration with the CPO and in leading the worship team, oversee all content for musical releases including liner notes, song credits, etc.

Santa Fe Campus Pastor

PURPOSE:
To advance the mission of Calvary Church anywhere and anytime doing anything.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Be responsible for the overall pastoral care for the flock of Calvary Church Santa Fe (hereinafter referred to as CCSF) through shepherding, through friendship, through counsel, through teaching and training, by prayer, all of which is accomplished by spending time with them whether in person onsite or offsite or by phone, email, text, or video call
- It cannot be overstressed how oversimplified this one detail can sound since weekly, and sometimes daily, it involves hours and hours of spiritual, mental, emotional and consequently physical engagement with others who are most often experiencing various levels distress, grief, confusion, doubt, hardship, and/or other various difficulties, making this alone a very taxing part of the calling
- Officiate funerals and weddings, as requested (you will be trained by us how Calvary Church does this)
- Provide biblical counseling to scheduled and walk in appointments (you will be trained by us how Calvary Church does this)
- Plan the corporate worship services of CCSF through prayer, conceptual forethought, musical appropriateness, while ensuring that all aspects of the service in advance are in line with your overseer’s direction. (you will be trained by us how Calvary Church does this)
Preparation - Ensuring all needed supplies are ready and available for service (coffee bar supplies, Decision Team supplies, Bibles, etc.).
- Arriving early to make sure campus is clean and everything is working properly.
Pre-service - Make sure volunteers are accomplishing set tasks.
- New volunteers are set up to shadow and learn procedures and ministry mindedness.
- All auxiliary sound, video, equipment is set up (oversight).
Service - Oversee that service goes as smoothly and undistracted as possible.

- Facilitate altar calls.
- Alert security and volunteers of any concerns, if needed.
- Close out service.
After service - Be available to counsel/ministry.
- Collect tithes, or ensure they are properly collected.

This position is responsible with providing SoPo guests with a quality product and experience. A Barista is a trained coffee specialist with the ability to perform a variety of functions within the coffee shop. A barista is responsible to greet and serve guests in accordance with property standards for food and beverage quality while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Calvary Albuquerque is looking for an enthusiastic servant of the Lord to fulfill a part-time custodial position with flexible work hours. The Janitor will be responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the buildings of Calvary's campus. This position assists in the following: flooring maintenance; set up and take down of resources for special events, weddings, funerals and ministries; facility cleaning and the building security.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Cleans and maintains building facilities.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
Assist in intensive floor care including carpet cleaning, waxing, or polishing.
Dust partitions, walls, fixtures and other equipment.
Clean windows and window frames, inside and outside.
Clean bathrooms.
Gather and dispose of trash in offices and outside receptacles.
Assist with set up, tear down, arranging, and/or removing of tables, chairs, and equipment to prepare the facility for ministries, special events, weddings and funerals.

Answer telephones and screen and direct calls to the appropriate associate.
Transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
Greet and direct visitors to desired destination
Provide callers with information such as Calvary’s address and directions, website, and other related information.
Provide visitors with information regarding events, ministries, and office hours along with financial assistance resources and various other resources.
Assist pastors on Sunday mornings by answering visitors’ questions about ministries and upcoming events at Calvary.

Content Writer/Editor to include Social Media and Web Coordinator

PURPOSE:
We are looking for a talented and highly creative Social Media and Content Coordinator to administer our social media accounts, website content and outbound communications. You’ll be the voice of Lenya Heitzig across all our digital channels and you’ll be passionate about keeping on top of industry social media and content trends. You’ll work closely with Lenya Heitzig as well as the She-ol-o-gie Program Director to ideate and execute original, creative and engaging content that engages and grows Lenya’s digital audience. You will be responsible for researching, proofreading, and publishing both traditional and online media. Analyze readership data and develop content strategies to increase user engagement. Fact-check articles and ensure the use of proper spelling, grammar, and syntax in outputs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Help develop, implement, and coordinate our social media strategy across Lenya’s ministries (She-ol-o-gie, ReLoad and her personal accounts) to align with ministry goals and objectives.
Define most important social media KPIs and report to management
Work collaboratively with key team members and other departments to build strong content and digital campaigns to best communicate brand stories and initiatives
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly on all social media channels, Lenya’s and Sheologie’s website.
Help develop and implement website editorial calendar & social media calendar
Content editing focuses on the general conceptual intent, content, organization, and writing style of the text
Leverage analytic tools to provide reporting and insights, track and improve metrics, and influence testing and strategy
Keep current with emerging digital media behavior, social media trends, and technologies
Work with Lenya and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Monitor user engagement and suggest website content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong audience.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Extensive social media experience, with tertiary qualification in a relevant field advantageous
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to adopt Lenya’s style, tone, and voice
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools
Familiarity with web design and general design principles
Hands on experience in content management
Self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects
Team player
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associates preferred or equivalent work experience

MANUSCRIPT EDITING:
- Quality and completeness of the content, as well as readability, clarity, and flow
- Help script and edit out bound communications
- Generate original ideas and share with Lenya
- Coordinate and schedule guests
- Produce content from internal and external sources.
- Edit, insert talent-videos commercials and upload.
- Create and produce promos
- Upload written, audio and pictures
- Ability to tailor, adapt and edit content for social media.
- Collaborates with internal web and social media teams to achieve the highest standard of assets and deliverables for the ministry
