As part of our Hunting Giants series, Pastor Skip hosted a courage-boosting interview with Cissie Graham Lynch, Vince Torres, and Lenya Heitzig at all weekend services September 25-26. They explored how international, national, and local current events have challenged the church and believers' personal beliefs and interactions with the world and those around us. After Meredith Andrews joined Battledrums for worship, our guests tackled tough topics, including progressive Christianity and deconstructionism, social justice versus biblical justice, polarization and division, and choosing to allow our faith to shape our politics rather than allowing politics to shape our faith.
