IT’S NOT A JOB
We believe that God has called us to serve Him regardless of rank or title, and we believe that each person in the church has a role to play in this work. We are called to this ministry whether there is a paycheck or not. It’s not a job; it’s a calling.
It’s amazing to watch what God will do in and through you when you say yes. This is not an ordinary job; it’s a ministry. And I get to be stretched beyond what I thought I could do in order to minister to the people He loves.
– Gina Gonzales, Children’s Ministry Supervisor
Everything we do is about creating life change. It just so happens that personal life change can happen, too. Regardless of sex, age, or ethnicity, finding a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ makes life—and employment—better.
Our work culture promotes a sense of honor through opportunities for worship, staff development, collaboration, and celebration.
While the message never changes, the method does. As a staff, we get to explore and create at a rapid pace, advancing the delivery of the gospel as a united team.
Since ministry is a calling, we understand that working in it trickles into all parts of our lives. We strive to provide benefits and perks that provide for you and your family, spark professional growth and excellence, and feed your soul.
